Born and raised in Queens, NY, DJ BLAZ’N tributes his Colombian parents’ love for a variety of music genres from artists such as Grupo Niche, Lisandro Mesa, Fania Allstars, Donna Summers, and others, for inspiring him to appreciate the sounds of artists such as Oro Solido, Biggie, Mary J. Blige , Wu Tang Clan and TKA to name a few. Today, DJ Blaz’n unique style is a combination of a musical variety of Latin and mainstream mixes of yesterday and today.
In 2017 Dj Blaz’n initiated his professional career and began “Lighting up the dance floor” across New York with his Latin inspired DJ talents at private and public events. Since then, he has shared his love of music in his own style by bringing the party to life across Long Island, Queens, and NYC.
DJ Blaz’n sets the vibe and takes pride in bringing people of all backgrounds together with his play on mixing. Serving the community annually at the PR and Hispanic Day Parade, Westbury ROTC Navy Ball, Suffolk County Salsa Festival, Lions Club BBQ for the visually impaired, various town fairs and setting off the summer Beach parties at Venetian Shores, have made him the DJ of the people where the dance floor is the best place to be.
